Video Shows Montana Cop Weeping After Fatal Shooting

Newly released video shows a police officer breaking down in tears after fatally shooting an unarmed man in Montana. Last week, a coroner’s jury found Billings Police Officer Grant Morrison was justified in shooting Richard Ramirez during a traffic stop last April. Video from the aftermath of the shooting shows Morrison collapsing over the hood of a police cruiser and weeping as his colleagues try to console him. Morrison can be heard saying, "I thought he was going to pull a gun on me. Maybe he was. Maybe he was. (Weeping)." [Excerpt from Democracy Now]

It is obvious from viewing the video that this cop was scared absolutely to death. This fear induced paranoid literally murdered that innocent man, a man that presented absolutely no threat to anyone, for the hallucination screaming at him in his own sick mind, "I thought he was going to pull a gun on me." He saw no gun, there was no gun. The only gun he saw was in his mind. The only threat he saw was a fantasy. In fact, he, living in his sick mind, was the only real threat to anyone. He literally murdered that man for his psychosis. While murder is a crime, the real criminals were the Coroner's Jury that granted him impunity. That community deserves to pay the price for their failure to remove this murderer from their midst.

“I knew in that moment, which later was determined to be untrue, but I knew in that moment that he was reaching for a gun,” Morrison later said of the incident. “I couldn’t take that risk… I wanted to see my son grow up.”

After posting the YouTube video above, they canceled it. Too bad, it was better than the ones listed anywhere else. The above quote is from the article and video at Salon.com. The fact is, he admitted that he was hallucinating - what he knew in "his mind" was a fantacy. The Coroner's Jury exonerated this murder because he "couldn't take that risk"? Everyone of those jurors should be indicted and stand trial. This is the same thing that happened to Tommy McClain. At least this poor individual, Richard Ramirez, got some kind of a jury and a lot of good that did him. Considering the white-wash situation in Eureka, this community and its law enforcement is far worse than Billings. The Eureka people will pay a heavy price for their lack of due diligence as responsible law-abiding citizens. Their lives are not worth a paranoid thought.

Nanny Speak or Mob Rule was our comment (below) on the Gang of Eight that got the Times-Standard to publish their vocal animus in the July 22, 2011, My Word. In today's My Word: "Authors failed to do their homework on Atkins" Sue Brandenburg takes exception to their assault on Councilwoman Linda Atkins and other pious and self-righteous statements. To quote:

“The firing of Police Chief Garr Nielsen was the last straw for a large group of people who have endured the incompetency and arrogance coming from some of the city management and some of the past and current city council members.”

She then proceeds to explain what she means by, “incompetency and arrogance.” Also, for those that have the stomach to keep up on the Debt Debate going on with President Obama and the Republican, you can get a real good idea what she's talking about. What soon becomes apparent, along with the “incompetency and arrogance,” is the deceptive swindle that's in play backed up by lies and false accusations. Each side is trying to force or coerce the other side. No one is negotiating in good faith. The irony is, that is exactly how the United States and in particular Barack Obama deals with other peoples and countries of the World. Now it is exactly how he is treating his so-called Republican adversaries and is, in fact, being treated in return.

Looking at the primary letters of which were published here, here and here as My Word articles you'll readily see a couple of common themes: ideologues enforcing their personal beliefs as logic facts. Two, never taking personal responsibility for anything they say or do – And conflating their personal opinions with who and what they believe or think they are as a person. In other words they take EVERYTHING personally. More importantly and one of the reasons the Editors of the Times-Standard had responsibility to NOT publish these peoples' letters is that they use every means to viciously brand or label those that don't believe or agree with their right to judge, in this particular case Councilwoman Linda Atkins, as mental, delusional or not sane. Their actions, stated beliefs justifying their actions when compared to paranoia identifies these people exactly for what they are and what their intent is - BULLIES AND BULLING.

To better understand the connection you need to read the interview with: Norway’s Johan Galtung, Peace & Conflict Pioneer, on How to Stop Extremism that Fueled Shooting - Johan Galtung is a man who’s spent half a century pursuing nonviolent conflict resolution. This comment really caught my attention as our goal here at the Joe Blow Report is to stimulate thinking:

I don’t use the word "terrorist." That’s an American vocabulary, which has found much too much usage. It’s a sign saying, "Stop thinking. He’s just simply bad and evil." 

Galtung's granddaughter, who came to the island on the same boat as Breivik and survived, asks: "How can we prevent movements like the movement Breivik participated in?"

Let me give one answer immediately. Challenge these people on the extreme right in debate. Get them out in public space, in the open. Challenge them. Let me only say one thing. If you want to challenge them, you should have been well prepared. These people are well prepared. Don’t underestimate them—point one. *** And I can only say, having done it, it’s very, very easy. But you have to understand them. That doesn’t mean you have to accept them, but you have to go your portion of the way.

Even more noteworthy was listening to what that guy in Norway, Anders Behring Breivik, said motivated him, what his Christian beliefs are and who he attacked and why. The Guardian Newspaper has a relevant article today on this very subject: Anders Behring Breivik: the truth in delusion - “The case of Anders Breivik in Norway reminds us that the relationship between madness and responsibility is complex”

“Paranoia has three classical components. The paranoiac has located a fault or malignancy in the world, he has named it, and has a message to deliver about it. For Breivik, the conviction is that Europe is rotten, that the name of this rottenness is Islam and that it is his mission to expose and excise it. 

Whereas many schizophrenic subjects experience an invasion inside their body, the paranoiac situates it outside: there is some badness out there in the world. Where for the schizophrenic the other is often too close, intruding into their body; for the paranoiac, self and other are rigidly separated: the other is outside. And hence the paranoiac subject is always innocent: it's the other's fault. 

Paranoia here should be differentiated from paranoid. Anyone can be paranoid, but paranoia as such implies a rigid system of beliefs with explanatory power, according the subject a fixed place in the world: for Breivik, that of the "perfect knight" battling Islam. The other common misunderstanding of paranoia is to assume it always involves persecution. In fact, many paranoiacs locate the malignancy not in a person but in some aspect of the world: a disease; environmental problems; danger to children.” **** 

“The paranoiac's delusion here can be false but it can equally be absolutely true.” ****
“The madness lies not in the content of the beliefs here but in the person's relation to the belief. If certainty about the belief replaces doubt, we are in the realm of psychosis.” ****

When the newspaper publishes these people's letters they are enabling them and facilitating their paranoid delusions. All that does is "grease" the way for the "Anders Behring Breiviks" in Humboldt County.

Declaration of War  ::  “When a War Starts, It Knows No Limits.”

A week ago this Report posted observations about the gross hypocrisy demonstrated by a local newspaper Opinionator championing and defending all American's First Amendment rights, he would have everyone believe was bought and paid for by people like him, while at the same time demeaning and vilifying a small minority of religious people to incite the public to deny them to freely defend and express these very same rights. For exposing this hypocrisy this person has personally attacked me, and would deny me these same rights too. (Read latest update below)

This guy's conduct of threats and intimidation, lies and abusive accusations has incited and inflamed others in this community to join him in his personal assault on Law and the Constitution. Can we be so surprised, then, at the impunity with which some of louder Opionators, editors, commentators and other self-righteous preachers and the like incite hatred for everyone that would defend and enforce Law over emotion driven worthless opinions?

It is the threat, based upon lies and false accusations acted upon with all self-righteous hypocrisy that defines the warmonger criminal. It is the abhorrent, loathsome existence of such animal scum that they would justify their existence by using nothing more than their malicious lies and baseless, unproven accusations to assault and murder innocent women and children. In Mexico these thug bullies use guns to enforce their legitimacy and right to control with total impunity. In America, for the most part, this country hasn't degenerated into such physical chaos and anarchy where the State is powerless to protect the common man and women. No, we're not quite so unsophisticated as the radical extreme Islamist and Mexican Death Squads. We don't use bombs, guns and suicide vests, nor do we corrupt the judiciary, police and government representatives. Unlike them we DO NOT first make threats of death against falsely accused people and their families. Death? Yeah, death. What do you think life is? Life is freedom – death is slavery or control. Thug bullies control by threats and intimidation. The thug bully exists by its lying accusations, their guns are their threats, their bullets are the police and the courts. Dave Stancliff would see this blogger DEAD. If he could get at, drop a bomb, on my family to get at me he would – the ultimate act of a craven coward. It is as simple as that. Don't believe me? Dave Stancliff NEVER acknowledges any reader's ability to think for themselves or their right to distinguish facts from worthless opinions. He NEVER defends his opinions. He ONLY defends himself. You don't agree with what he says, you don't agree with HIM. To a wanton bully questioning ANYTHING they do or say is a personal insult. His whole existence as a person totally depends upon getting you to agree that only HE has the god-given, legitimate right to tell you how to think and what to believe. This is how the so-called American Elitist impose the Master-slave relationship. It is what drives most employers, police, politicians, bureaucrats and religious leaders. It is also what unifies a group of wannabe elitists in societies, communities and on the Internet. It is the festering sore that raised its inflamed, pusy head in this community.

Not one time did I find where Dave Stancliff justifies or defends the legitimacy of any of his “opinions.” No matter what, whenever anyone questions his thesis he immediately assaults that person. He absolutely refuses to consider any reader's differing opinion or basis in fact with what he says. Anyone that doesn't agree with him, hates his guts.

I watched these interviews on Democracy Now the morning of Thursday, September 23, 2010, about what's going on all over Mexico and in particular Juárez, just across the boarder at El Paso, Texas. The Mexican Federal and State governments are unable to protect, not just news reporters, but everyone – all Mexican citizens, from the least to the greatest. Everyone is in physical jeopardy. Their lives, their family's lives, their friend's lives, their business associates lives, are all threaten by thug bullies who are completely protected with total impunity for the most obscene and horrendous acts of hatred and murder. Murdered for doing what? Nothing more than writing about and exposing what's going on in their towns and communities. That is EXACTLY what the Joe Blow Report is about in its own limited way, Citizen Journalism. In Mexico and the United States as well, crazy lunatic bullies resort to violent THREATS as their first resort to try to silence anyone they can't control or don't like. That is EXACTLY what Dave Stancliff tried to do when I, by chance, happened to write an observation about one of his newspaper “Opinion” articles. Because Dave Stancliff takes everything personally, he immediately assaulted me with his ad hominem, personal filthy, lying accusations that continue until today. His personally directed accusations are lies because he cannot and does not prove or provide any definitive proof other than his personal opinions. He audaciously expects everyone to accept and believe his personal opinions or more factually, conjecture, as proof and justification for his personal assaults simply because HE says so.

From where I sit, there is no difference in his intimidating threats and the serious consequences that do not bode well for me and my family than the threats and and personal harassment caused these reporters in Mexico. The only thing that has protected us so far is the fact he doesn't know who I am. My so-called anonymity protects him as well, but he's too stupid to see that fact. When I watched this program and these interviews this morning I realized the similarities and decided to post this observations, Threading the Needle - A Declaration of War.

The drug traffickers, violent criminals, and corrupt officials who threaten Mexico’s future have killed, terrorized, and co-opted journalists, knowing that controlling the flow of information will further their needs. They have been increasingly successful, and the results have been devastating.

This just quoted statement about successful threat to "Mexico's future" is the goal of the Dave Stancliffs and those that support him in this country. It all starts with these kinds of threats and incitement while hiding behind their state of virtual impunity and in this man's case, hiding behind the literal support and protection of the Times-Standard newspaper. By the way, legal counsel tells me the following copy of Dave Stancliff's blog posting is sufficient evidence to justify asking a Judge for an injunction. I post some of what he says on this Report because his own words define what he is better than anything anyone could possible say about him.

Blogger Alert: I’m offering a reward for exposing hate blog author.

If you’re not familiar with the Joe Blow blog you’re better off for it. But if you’re one of those people Blow goes after, then you know what he’s all about. Just look at today’s blog attacking me – his favorite pastime.

For well over a year this anonymous coward that calls himself Joe Blow has been attacking me and spewing malicious lies, slander and libel. Just look back at his archives. They’re proof of his campaign of hate.

I’ve put up with his shit long enough. It’s time for an accounting. If you can provide me with his name, address, phone number, I’m offering a reward. Email me at [***] You’re name will not be revealed to anyone.

It’s time Joe Blow finds out that he can’t get away with his hate-filled rants that cross the line. I’ve never had a problem like Joe Blow in over 20 years as an editor and publisher. The man is obsessed with me. I’ve offered to meet with him in Southern Humboldt where he lives, and to talk out our differences like mature adults, but he refused and spewed more paranoid blather. If this crazy bastard would leave me alone, I wouldn’t pursue this avenue to stop him. However, after his post today it’s evident he’s never going to stop harassing me.I don’t read his blog, but Google Alert warns me every time he posts stuff about me.

I’ve outright asked Blow boy to reveal his name, but he told me he couldn’t or “I’d have to move to Peru.” What’s that mean? Is he a criminal on the run? Perhaps someone with a criminal past? In past comments he’s mentioned about living in South America for a while and going broke while doing something there. Any connection? Who knows, but whatever it is it’s bad enough to make him conceal his identity.

I’m taking this drastic measure because it’s the only way to stop him. I’ve already had a lawyer look over his past posts maligning me and he says I have a strong case against Blow boy. This is a case of constantly attacking a person’s reputation with lies and malicious slander. We do have laws to prevent this. Now, I just have to find the coward and get him in court. He picked this fight and I’m going to finish it. [Emphasis added]

I am told Dave Stancliff crossed the line with what he said here. There are laws to protect people from this kind of online bullying and overt personal threats, as well the inciting others to violent actions. What happens when Stancliff or some of his supporters can actually get at me and my family? It's been my experience when dealing with people that demonstrate such irrational and psychotic behavior that lawsuits are the last thing motivating them. Here's one quote: "There is no punishment on earth that is fitting enough." Think I might have to move my family? Threatening to take drastic measures to finish a fight to stop someone is ominous enough, but couple that with threatening to take someone to court is an act of violence. He intends to use that court to violently attack me and my family, to violently force me to stop living my life as I decided and live as he demands. These are the threatening acts, dictates and demands of terrorists. He, by implication, is telling everyone exactly what they can and cannot say about his “As It Stands” opinion column published in the Times-Standard newspaper. Not unless you want to endure the full limit of his wrath.

Anyone that follows this guy is very well aware what happens to anyone that makes the mistake of publicly disagreeing with anything he says or writes. Dave Stancliff is totally intollerent of anyone that does this. The Internet is replete with examples of this behavior and conduct, berating and denigrating people.  I had no idea when I decided to write some observations regarding one of his newspaper “opinion” columns on Internet Trolls that he suffered from some form of apparent neurosis (*) and paranoia (**). He immediately, however, began asserting all kinds of personal, ad homonym accusations of hatred and personal attacks against him. He still believes he, like some little, tin-god, would judge my motives: “I’m offering a reward for exposing hate blog author” and “campaign of hate.”

Rather than talk about or dispute over what's said or written, he takes everything personal and forces everyone to defend themselves and their motives. When he refused to stop, that's what we did. We allowed him to define himself and simply accepted his judgments on the matter. The only libel or slander that's supposedly damaged his reputation is what he's said and written about himself.

 The Joe Blow Report occasionally makes observations about Dave Stancliff's newspaper “opinions” and he accuses the writer of being a “hate blog author” and writing a “campaign of hate” about him. What he establishes here (copied above) and by everything he has posted on my blogs, on his and throughout the Internet is that Dave Stancliff is unable and incapable of distinguishing the difference BETWEEN what he “says” or “writes” from “who” or “what” he is. That when someone says, writes, critiques or disagrees with something he publicly publishes, either in the newspaper or online, he immediately accuses them of personally attacking him, i.e., "For well over a year this anonymous coward that calls himself Joe Blow has been attacking me and spewing malicious lies, slander and libel." You'll notice, that absolutely nowhere does he define any of these so-called "attacks," "lies," "slander" or "libel." He expects everyone, including me, to simply take his "god's gospel word" for everything, rather than put out the facts, show the reader some respect as someone smart enough to make up their own minds. The self-defined reality is that his documented conjecture and opinions, whatever originates in his mind, becomes him and his reactions define him. Everyone that accepts his personal dreams as fact or truth, strictly on his say-so allows Dave Stancliff to re-define them as juvenile or really stupid too.

Is Dave Stancliff beyond hope? Since you never know, for him and all his buddies that have allowed him to get them all riled up over his juvenile nonsense and tender, hurt feelings, I'd like to suggest he and they read Dave Silverbrand's timely and appropriate article in the Thursday, September 23, 2010 Times-Standard article: "Taking Criticism."

The phrase generally means to find a path through two opposing views. It's often done by politicians (or "Opinionators" writing for newspapers) who try to have their cake and eat it too.

Warmonger Writes About Peace II

Hatemonger Writes About Love

For those of you that don't know, a “warmonger” is defined as, “a person who advocates, endorses, or tries to precipitate war.” A “hatemonger” is defined as, “a person who kindles hatred, enmity, or prejudice in others.” The following comment posted on this blog Report by Dave Stancliff, one of many examples as far back as June 1, 2009, of language and intent that meets the above definitions.

It was actually May 31, 2009, that I posted some non-personal observations, "Trolls Versus the Thought Police," about a newspaper column that Dave Stancliff wrote for the Time-Standard newspaper exposing his agenda to dictate and control what and how people think about certain subjects that leads directly to war and the lawless debased state of affairs we're all forced to endure today because of people that think they can do and say to others whatever they want with impunity.

My observations over a year ago are proven justified and legitimate when Dave Stancliff changed the issue with his first ad hominem personal accusation. Ever since he's tried to make the issue between him and me and NOT about what he says, does or believes that he writes in the newspaper. Herein lies the crux of that problem, he writes for the local newspaper. Apparently they believe this kind of trash-talking garbage, racist obscenity is acceptable. That, somehow, his public actions do not reflect in anyway upon them and their newspaper. So be it. As long as they publish his so-called "opinions" the Report will publish its observations as it deems appropriate. As far as the writer(s) of this Report are conserned, Dave Stancliff was and is, as a person, irrelevant. Stancliff would like to believe someone here at the Report is angry, hates his guts, or holds a grudge, even some sort of "fan from hell," etc. that way he could become relevant.

About “paranoia” - that is the state of being wherein you are unable to distinguish between what you think and believe from who and what you are. In Dave Stancliff's case, when I wrote about his newspaper article he accused me of writing and attacking him. Stancliff's documented statements, repeated statements, define him, NOT ME! To re-state an obvious fact, that the claimed purpose of the article was a simple-minded knee-jerk response, in fact at the root of a very serious problem for the world and American society, is NOT, in and of itself, a personal attack on him. Neither do such statements of fact make someone angry nor paranoid. Not one time has Stancliff produced the “lies” he claims I said. Nor does he demonstrate what it is that supposedly makes me “angry.” I guess he thinks he can get away with making such statements because if anyone has a right to be angry it would be me. His wild and psychotic statements take on a hint of personal danger to me when he makes his veiled threats, “some kind of crazed fan from hell.” Let me remind everyone that not one time have I personally addressed or recognized Dave Stancliff other than the impersonal commentary written on this blog Report. I never go to his blog, nor do I say anything about his filthy comments about me (us) he spreads around the blogosphere.

The paranoia is demonstrated in Stancliff's self-important, elitist, god-like assertion that I am somehow a “fan” of his. That my indirect attention somehow makes him a god! Would-be gods are defined by their right to tell everyone what is and is not, but NEVER furnish any proof, i.e., “paranoia” and “hate.” In Stancliff's case, the proof they try to use is always whatever response they can use after-the-fact. His “ends” always “justify his means.”

One final thought on “offers” on the record, conflicts with Stancliff's convenient recollections. He came on this blog and offered to meet with me so we could discuss our “differences.” Before I could even begin to contemplate meeting with him I needed him to assure me he would not use that meeting to continue assaulting me with more of his accusations. He, did not stop making personal accusations even then, but did make another offer for an “interview.” Again he asserts some measure of superiority by offering to do this so I can get a wider coverage of readers. Whatever made him think that might be important to me, I don't know. Regardless, his refusal to even consider what I might need to meet demonstrates that his offers were disingenuous – made for ulterior reasons.

Remember, “Everything Is About Something Different.” I've learned in this life that people like Dave Stancliff, people that persist in making false, lying accusations, do so because they know what they say and write ARE lies. They know that if what they said was true, these people would either be in a mental institution or jail. Only idiots keep provoking someone that's really angry, maybe even psychologically deranged, with a sharp stick. It's obvious you have some major anger issues in life Joe, and for whatever reason you've chosen to devote your days and nights to attacking me.

I really feel sorry for you. I personally couldn't carry around as much paranoia and hate as you do. It's going to catch up to you.

Dave, I have no dog in this little fight between you and Joe but I was intrigued by your article title so I went and read it.

It was a convoluted mess, either by ignorance or design.

Taking the false flag of 9/11 and the subsequent manufactured Islamic enemies and mixing it with some history of the Crusades is BS.

Here's how not to coexist with others on the planet and create jihad in the locals as an excuse for never ending wars and profiteering:

Invade and occupy a country based on nothing but lies, genocide and displace the population, destroy the infrastructure and historical artifacts, steal the resources,use the controlled media to cheer lead the death and destruction,install puppet leaders 'friendly' to your agenda,maybe even stimulate the opium/heroin trade and make your bankers and buddies rich while the local population suffers, etc. etc.

Dave, you're a 'journalist.' You should know these simple things by now.

Wolves In Sheep's Clothing

As It Stands and the Times-Standard newspaper

Jesus said: "Beware of the false teachers--men who come to you in sheep's fleeces, but beneath that disguise they are ravenous wolves." So, how do you know a wolf in sheep's clothing when you see one? You look at their tracks and the crap they leave behind.

Jesus also said deceitful liars, people that make false lying accusations are murderers: "You are of your father the Devil, and you want to carry out your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning and has not stood in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he tells a lie, he speaks from his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of liars." In other words, according to Jesus Christ, liars are the Devil's spawn.

Hate speech is defined in the Wikipedia as follows: "Hate speech is a term for speech intended to offend a person or group of people based on their race, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, language ability, ideology, social class, occupation, appearance (height, weight, hair color, etc.), mental capacity, and any other distinction that might be considered by some as a liability." Of further interest is the purpose hate speech is used: "Critics have claimed that the term "Hate Speech" is a modern example of Newspeak, used to silence critics of social policies that have been poorly implemented in a rush to appear politically correct." "As It Stands" defines the Joe Blow Report, in particular, the writer or writers, he's somewhat confused, as paranoid, hostile, hate-filled, extremist, cowards and blow-hards personally threatening him.

Notice the how Wikipedia describes paranoia:

Paranoia is a thought process characterized by excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. Paranoid thinking typically includes persecutory beliefs concerning a perceived threat towards oneself. In the original Greek, παράνοια (paranoia) simply means madness (para = outside; nous = mind). Historically, this characterization was used to describe any delusional state. (Emphasis added)

"Persecutory beliefs concerning a perceived threat towards oneself" defines Dave Stancliff perfectly. To publicly denigrate someone the way Dave Stancliff has, accredited and substantiated by the Times-Standard is beyond "simpleminded." It's just plain STUPID. And that was my point. Why would anyone want to threaten this guy? He's made an absolute fool out of himself without any help from me.

Dave Stancliff, according to what's printed under his "As It Stands" column in the Times Standard is a "columnist" for that paper. They also say "he is a former newspaper editor and publisher." When you consider the staff and management's stand regarding Stancliff then it begins to make sense their love affair with him and why he can do no wrong. So, who are the REAL WOLVES in sheep's clothing?

After posting "Trolls versus The Thought Police" article Dave Stancliff came into our web and posted six comments. What he said speaks for itself -- everything is personal! Nothing about the central premise of our article. Only verbal abuse, foul lying accusations, insults, diatribe -- nothing worthy of someone writing weekly columns in the local newspaper. Everything that was exemplified in the article was born out by what Dave Stancliff wrote on our blog. All of that personal crap was easily erased, but why do that? It was the proof in the pudding; it proved and justified the original intent of the article.

That all changed when he went on his own blog and posted his accusations. There he accuses the writer of threatening him, commenting on our "little hate-filled blog," of being a "paranoid lot of losers," "thinly veiled threats warning him" are proof of "hate that is spewing out from The Joe Blow Report blog" -- NO examples of hate speech -- Only his accusations.

But, that wasn't good enough! On June 15, 2009, apparently in response to our article "Conspiricy of Silence" he posted another personal attack on his As It Stands web. To show the racism and hate-speech we added the word "kike" in bold text.

Joe Blow (conspiracy) Report staff bawl like babies!

Well readers, this is what I have to contend with sometimes. "Kike" Extremists tend to attack anything that doesn't fit their world view. There's a "Kike" group at the Joe Blow Report blog that decided to attack me on May 31st and who posted a hate-filled rant about a column I did on trolls (of all the ironies!) This is a "Kike" group that has the mind-set of a steel trap.

Now they (these Kikes) have their crying towels (it took them two weeks to think of a reply) out and are blubbering to all that will read their raving. I'm not going to be intimidated by a bunch of "Kike" cowards who are whining about a conspiracy between me and the Times-Standard to attack trolls! Good grief! Get a life you blowhards.

I don't know who you think you are, but I do know that you seek to impose your will upon others by reading your past posts. Now you think you can silence me by making outrageous accusations and trying to get the newspaper to drop my column. Guess again "Kike" gang. You'll never be able to silence me. You best bet is to change your soiled diapers and to find someone else to pick on!

What he wrote under his column "As It Stands" is as offensive as modified by us for clarity as noted above in bold and is exactly why he wrote it, to offend. The purpose of accusing someone of being a "troll" is to shut them up. That's what all racist, extremist hate-mongers do. Today, the law defines such as "Psycho Terrorists."

As noted in our article, "Conspiracy of Silence," we had notified the staff and management at the Times-Standard newspaper of Dave Stancliff's web posting about us. Because his web is titled "As It Stands" and his newspaper column has the same name, the Times-Standard has a vested interest in what he says and does. The newspaper management approve his columns and that gives him credibility and legitimacy. What he wrote on his web, attacks the Time-Standard's credibility and legitimacy equally. We waited to see if their relationship was a marriage made in heaven. When no one at the newspaper responded, we posted the article and sent another more extensive email. You can read that email and Ms. Wear's reply here. This time Ms. Wear answered and then ran the "As It Stands" column Sunday, June 21, 2009. We heard the both of them loud and clear. Lets see if the local businesses want to be associated with this kind of sick racist behavior. The Basij are alive a well in Eureka, California!

When I wrote “Trolls versus The Thought Police” I had spent months observing commentary by Dave Stancliff on other local blogs I frequented. I had a fairly good idea his motivation for the article; I'd seen him in action. On the face of it, so-called “Online Trolls” are a good mark to disrespect and disrepute. Whenever someone says something of which others do not agree, the first thing they do is try to shut the person or persons up by changing the subject to the object. Frankly regarding Stancliff, as far as I was concerned he could yak away all he wanted. He had his blog and newspaper columns and even I would occasionally read what he had to say. It was his knee-jerk reaction to justifying accusations that I took exception to, specially to being published as if there was some legitimate reason. Not to say Online Trolls do not exist, they do. Dave Stancliff's posted comments on my blog are a good example; he is self-defining. That was not my issue in writing the article. My issue was how easy it is to make false accusations against someone, in this case an Online Troll, in other cases an Online Terrorist or just your neighbor. The consequences in our society are overwhelming.

It was my contention that he was arguing ostensibly for the same right President George Bush, his government administration and his supporters had made justifying the permanent detention of people based only upon, what turned out to be in many cases, coerced, false lying accusations. How this atrocity, designed to extract counterfeit witnesses and produce phony testimony to justify a “War On Terror,” is codified by Andy Worthington. He is a British journalist and historian and the author of “The Guantánamo Files: The Stories of the 774 Detainees in America”s Illegal Prison." In his interview this morning on Democracy Now he explains exactly how falsely accused, innocent men were held prisoner for nearly a decade when the Bush government and the military knew, all along, they were totally innocent. We all know that, to a large extent, the news media sold out the American people for the “government” line. Dave Stancliff's demagogic tirades and baseless accusations are racist, hate-speech for sure, but they pale in significance compared to the Times-Standards approval of his conduct. Without much help from the Joe Blow Report, well not much anyway, he did a real number on his own credibility – his big worry – his legitimacy as a newspaper columnist. In the end, however, he's doing a number on the newspaper's, at least the staff and management, objective credibility. It's what's called “biting the hand that feeds you.”
