I logged onto the Internet and was greeted with these two headlines:
1) Exotic Animal Owner Charged With Cruelty KCRA.com.
2) No criminal conduct in Cotton death Eureka Reporter.
Here is another death involving the local policing authority of a mentally challenged person. There seems to be absolutely NO problem charging this person with three felonies for not taking care of some "exotic animals" that led to some of them dying.
What's that say about Eureka and Humboldt County?
